Mr. bipartisan?

In this article HERE...you will find this quote:

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) said Friday that it was “laughable” that Romney is promoting bipartisanship and that Democrats will help him pass his agenda if he’s elected president.
“Mitt Romney’s fantasy that Senate Democrats will work with him to pass his ‘severely conservative’ agenda is laughable,” Reid said in a statement, referring to the GOPer’s declaration earlier during the campaign season that he was “severely conservative.”

I think not. Harry Reid thinks not...people in Mass think not...Mr. Romney is not both SEVERELY conservative and yet bipartisan and able to work well with everyone. Ask the people he worked with in Mass!

  1. It's funny to me that you think the republicans are evil for not working with Obama...but here the democrats are saying that they will not work with Romney...hmmm. They haven't tried yet, and they are saying they won't. How about we just work together and stop the shenanigans. Let's show a little faith in each other and just get the jobs done. I am really starting to hate politics. It is relentless and getting us no where. We should be caring about the people of our country, not fighting over who is right. Both parties have something to offer each other and both need to just come together. Yes, I may be living in a fantasy land...but these are grown men...come on. I am teaching my children everyday that they need to cooperate and be nice. Yes, fight for what they know is right and true, but cooperate and be nice. Why is it that the leaders of our country can't seem to do that? It is entirely frustrating to me.

    2. OH! haha. I didn't see what post you were commenting on! So I had to add this to my comment...I do think that Democrats will work with Romney...Reid is just saying that he thinks it is ridiculous that Romney thinks he can so easily work with Democrats...like he is some moderate...But here is my post (before I saw which post you were commenting on and deleted it):
I completely agree! I have not heard that many Democrats are now saying they won't work with Romney if he is elected and if they are saying that and Romney is elected you bet I will continue to write my Congress men and women and tell them to work together...I will just add more Democrat representatives to that list if they then refuse to work...It is stupid that grown men can't work together! I have said this a thousand times that my kids are taught to play on the playground well with others...yet these grown men and women can't seem to remember such lessons..."be nice. Share. Compromise. Work together. Take turns." haha. It is ridiculous. Something all parties should be able to agree on! We need more moderate representatives...bc then they will be able to work better together...maybe they can find common ground since they are more moderate...we need to stop electing extreme left and extreme right wingers. Very frustrating! (I don't know if this is Michelle...not Richard...but I think so...either way)--We found common ground! YAY!!

    3. Romney's stance on the issues is extreme...there needs to be compromise...but Democrats will not pass what he is wanting without compromise. I don't want them to! :) But I hope all individuals can find common ground...that is why the President is so great...he has compromised over and over for this Republican Congress...but they are set in not working with him.
